Dry the chicken and layout flat, lay 2 slices of prosciutto on top. Sprinkle mozzarella on top liberally. Now roll the chicken breast from the thinnest part, so that you had a short stubby roll not a long slender roll.\u00c2\u00a0 In a bowl mix mayo and parmesan together so you have a paste. Coat chicken with paste and dredge in bowl of bread crumbs.
